LUCS recognizes
that timely site acquisition is a key factor in deploying a quality
system. LUCS maintains open
lines of communication with our client’s so that we can meet our client’s
goals and objectives from a system and search ring viewpoint and perform up
to our client’s system and site-specific objectives.
LUCS will
coordinate pre-design and pre-zoning analysis into site-specific information
for each assigned ring. LUCS prepares documentation describing opportunities and identifies
challenges for each assigned search ring. Additionally, LUCS performs a market analysis,
investigating and reporting on market conditions and lease rates. Furthermore, LUCS identifies the
potential zoning atmosphere and locates all available useable land,
structures and collocation sites.
LUCS will canvas
assigned search rings and identifies up to three (3) potential cell site
candidates while collaborating with you RF department to
select the primary candidate based on the available sites.
LUCS will then
prepare a Search Area Report (SAR) or a Site Candidate Information Package
(SCIP) for the desired primary candidate.
