to expeditiously deliver zoning approval and a building permit.

keenly aware of the unique zoning issues that can affect your project. LUCS has a keen understanding of the issues affecting the
telecommunications industry involving jurisdictional zoning code
interpretation and conformance in site plan design for zoning presentation
and construction permit release.

practice that incorporates site acquisition, zoning and permitting into a
stream lined process. We make sure
that all site acquisition professionals working on your project have the
appropriate information to identify candidates that are zoning friendly.
If
a search area provides a unique challenge, LUCS will coordinate with
your RF, site acquisition, zoning, permitting and construction departments to
provide possible site alternatives.
LUCS will provide an initial
zoning summary of municipal and zoning districts within each search
ring. We will assist in identifying
primary candidates and present a zoning analysis for each primary site as
well as an overview of the zoning and permitting process and accompanying
timeframes.
LUCS will cooperate with
your A&E providers on plans, prepare zoning and
permitting materials, file all necessary regulatory documentation and
recommend outside counsel and assemble a regulatory team when needed. LUCS will attend and represent you
at all regulatory meetings and attain zoning and permitting approvals from appropriate
governmental agencies.

your behalf until you have a zoned and permitted site for each of your search
rings.
